What The Casino And The Payment Provider See With CashtoCode
With CashtoCode, the casino does not receive your card number or your bank account details because the payment happens through a prepaid voucher. The casino sees the deposit amount, the time and date, the payment method name (CashtoCode), your casino account details (username, player ID), and the transaction status (pending/approved/failed). If the casino uses a payment aggregator, it also gets a reference like a transaction ID that links the deposit to the voucher redemption, but that reference does not contain your banking data.
The payment provider (CashtoCode and any involved processor) sees more of the payment trail than the casino. It can log the voucher code when it is redeemed, the value of the voucher, the merchant identifier for the casino, timestamps, and anti-fraud signals such as IP address and device/browser metadata used at redemption. For privacy, this setup reduces what the casino can learn about your real-world finances, but it does not make you anonymous: the casino still ties the deposit to your player account, and standard verification checks can still require identity documents when you withdraw or hit compliance thresholds.
